For the majority of pupils at Tamworth Nursery and Two Rivers EYFS there are significant barriers to learning and achievement and we are using our PPG to try and reduce the negative impact of some of these barriers, increase access to differentiated and appropriate curricula and raise the level of attainment and progression for all.

How to apply:

If your child is in early years education, your early years provider could be eligible for extra funding to help support your child.  Please look at the report below as to how we plan to spend this funding to improve outcomes.

Early years pupil premium

At Two Rivers EYFS and Tamworth Nursery we might be able to access up to £302 per year to help with your child’s education. This will be paid directly to us, once your eligibility is confirmed.

Who can apply

You can apply for early years pupil premium if your child is aged 3 or 4 and you get 15 hours free childcare.

You must also get at least one of the following:

You may also get early years pupil premium if your child is currently being looked after by a local authority in England or Wales or if your child has left care in England or Wales through:

  • adoption
  • special guardianship order
  • a child arrangements order

Further Assistive Funding For Our Setting:

Disability access fund

Two Rivers EYFS and Tamworth Nursery could get £615 per year to help with their education and support.

If eligible, this is paid directly to school.
